Beiroa is a woolly textured dk/light worsted weight yarn made from100% Portuguese wool. It is manufactured in Portugal for Retrosaria exclusively from the wool of free grazing Bordaleira Serra da Estrela sheep. Beiroa is a single-ply construction with contrasting strands of wool spun through giving a variegated effect, it softens and blooms beautifully after washing. Mulesing free and non superwash.

To care for your finished item we recommend hand washing only at a cool temperature with a gentle detergent.
