Colour

Mondim is a non-superwash fingering weight/sock yarn made from fine Portuguese wool. It is named after a Portuguese village once famous for its sock knitting cottage industry.  Most batches of Mondim are exclusively made from the wool of native Campaniça sheep.  It has a 3ply texture and is beautifully soft, perfect for garments, accessories and socks.  Mulesing free.

Suitable for weaving

To care for your finished item we recommend hand washing only at a cool temperature with a gentle detergent.
