One of a kind 4 skein mini set in teal, dark pink, dark purple and dark gold.

The Bluefaced Leicester wool in this blend brings extra strength which, along with 20% nylon, makes it perfect for socks.  

But not just for socks, Bluefaced Leicester is slightly toothier than Merino which makes this yarn a god choice for colourwork.  The high twist gives great stitch definition and with a bouncy quality and subtle drape this yarn is great for accessories and sweaters too.

Suitable for weaving

Can be machine washed on a gentle cycle at 30°C however, we always recommend hand washing at a cool temperature with a gentle detergent or specialist wool wash.  While every care has been taken to remove excess dye some light bleeding may still occur.

Our Hand Dyed Yarn

Our yarn is dyed and finished by hand in our dedicated studio.  We take great care at every stage of processing and each skein is checked before sale to ensure it meets our high standards.   

As with all hand dyed yarns variations can occur from skein to skein and between batches, if you are using more than one skein of the same colourway in a project we recommend alternating skeins every one or two rows.
